Interested in getting yourself some cheap storage boxes?  You may need storage boxes for a number of reasons, perhaps you need to store a bunch of unused items away in the basement or attic, then again, maybe you are moving out of your parents house and you need some cheap storage boxes to store all your stuff in while you shift over there.

Whatever the case may be, when you are dealing with moving a lot of items around, you’re going to want to get cheap storage boxes as you don’t want to be wasting all your money on stuff you’re only going to be using to temporarily transport your stuff with.

Here’s one you can pick up from Walmart, it holds 20 quarts and has a secure snap on lid and is clear so you can see within it.  It is made of strong plastic and measures 16.5”L x 11.5”W x 9.63”H. 

Thus far this container has had 11 reviews, 10 of which scored it 5/5 and 1 4/5, so it is a definite winner, especially at only $17.  These are great for storing stuff that’s in plastic bags or cardboard boxes and it makes things a lot more cleaner and organized.  These are also great to use for organizing your room.

This may appear to be smaller than you expected though if you were to see the picture, so just make sure you go by the measurements I gave you earlier.

2.  Sterilite 58-Quart Storage Box, Set of 8

Here you’re going to get not just 6, but 8 58 quart storage boxes, these are almost 3 times the size of the previous ones and the whole lot costs $32.

These have been rated 4 stars out of 5 by 12 customers, so they are pretty decent.  If you’re packing up to move these are some great ones to buy, but you may need to tape down the lids if you’re carrying a lot of stuff or particularly heavy stuff.  Other than the sealing issue, these are good sized containers for temporary storage.

3.  Your Zone Zip It Storage Box, Stadium Blue

OK, this one here is a colorful blue box that measures 15 x 15 x 15”, if you need something to store lots of toys for your little one, this would be the perfect container to do so in.

These are sturdy enough to hold a bunch of toys, but not sturdy enough to stand on, which is good, because you don’t want your little one trying to use them as stepping stones and getting hurt which is what they might try if it seemed more solid.
